- The Personal Mastery Report Basic supports people in reflecting on their current situation and reveals where there is a need for change. Based on the answers in the questionnaire, behaviors are described and interpretations are offered to personalize for oneself.
- Contents: Introduction to the structure of the report. persolog® Personality Questionnaire, evaluation in the 3 diagrams as curve and bar chart, compact explanation of the behavioral tendency of the coachee, basic information on the behavioral dimensions D, I, S and C, action plan to complete and implement.
- The behavior description contains an insight into interpretations of behavior in the selected environment (focus). Specifically, coping strategies, problem-solving strategies, motivation, interaction with others, intentions, dealing with change, behavior under pressure and in conflict, teamwork, and internal tensions are tabulatedt.
